A cosy private space in a centrally located apartment is available for short or longer stays. Enjoy an uninterrupted homestay with a simple self-check in process, free on-site parking, free Wi-Fi and streaming services and only a 3 minute walk to Wigan Town Centre. Surrounded by amenities, the apartments have spacious family sized bedrooms, full bathroom with toiletries, spacious hallway with storage and an open plan living area with fully integrated kitchen and balcony. The dining table provides a relaxing place to work or dine with an additional work space in the bedroom. Warmed by gas central heating, all essentials are provided for a relaxing homestay and kitchen equipment and essentials are provided to prepare your own meals in addition to a guidebook for shopping options and menu's for available food delivery. The balcony provides the opportunity for some fresh air without having to venture out of the property, in addition to being able to watch the sunset from this position. Guests are provided with a complimentary continental breakfast of bagels, cheese & waffles for the first night of their stay.
The apartment has a large, allocated parking spot directly next to the entrance and the option to opt-in or out of housekeeping to keep your space clean, fresh and free to enjoy on longer stays. Access Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime and more as well as additional entertainment facilities including record player and board games to enjoy with your group or family. We know travel can be stressful but a host on hand can make all the difference and is always contactable throughout your stay for any queries or item requests.
