Bay View House is one of Yorkshire's premier coastal retreats. The house was built circa 1776 and has been sympathetically restored to an extremely high standard making this a stunning holiday home for family and friends. Located within the Clifftop village of Sewerby, Bridlington, and benefiting from direct sea views from all principal rooms and gardens. The house is extremely private, the large gardens are landscaped, with feature box hedging, flower beds, fruit trees, Hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace (logs provided) to keep those chilly evenings at bay, built-in BBQ. Private parking for two vehicles on a gated driveway with an EV charging point.
If it's quality and location you're after, you've found it! luxuriously appointed throughout, with sumptuous soft furnishings, quality bed linen, towels, and complimentary Temple Spa Soaps and products.Emma Bridgewater tableware.
It's only a short walk to the clifftop, beach, local bars, and restaurants. On an evening the driveway and gardens are lit with feature mood lighting.

Sewerby is a conservation village, situated approx 2 miles north of Bridlington, and is one of Yorkshires premier coastal villages affronting the cliff tops with uninterrupted views over Bridlington Bay. Direct access to the beach is available from the clifftop.
Within the village is an award-winning pub, the Ship Inn, The Old Forge Bar and Restaurant, Sewerby Hall, and Zoo. Clifftop walks to Danes Dyke and to South Shore with its stunning flat beaches.
Danes Dyke 1 Mile. Bridlington's Historic Harbour 2 Miles, Bempton Cliffs and Bird sanctuary 4 Miles, The Fishing Village of Flamborough 2 Miles, Scarborough 18 Miles, York 32 Miles, Beverly 26 Miles.
The village is well supported by Public Transport, the bus stops are 200m in each direction. Alternatively, there are several Taxi companies. There is also the Bridlington Land-Train, the terminus is on the clifftop adjacent to the cricket pitch and Sewerby Hall. The trains are frequent and travel between Sewerby and Bridlington. Please note: The train only operates throughout Spring and Summer.
