This contemporary, recently renovated first-floor apartment is located just a 100 meters from the beach, making it an ideal holiday let for those seeking a seaside getaway. The Victorian building has been stunningly restored, adding to the charm in one of Hove's premier roads. The fully refurbished apartment features two double bedrooms, with the addition of a sofa bed providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, cot available upon request. The luxury kitchen features an induction hob, cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with pods and USB points. The brand new bathroom features a shower over bath perfect for washing off the sand after a long day at the beach. The modern living space features a beautiful bay window providing a light and airy feel and includes a 43inch smart TV, good Wi-Fi and a gas fire place for extra cosiness in the cooler months. Leading from the lounge is the dining area perfect for eating, drinking, playing cards together. Access via key safe, apartment is up a short flight of stairs on the 1st floor no lift. Overall, this apartment offers the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement, making it an ideal choice for a seaside holiday.
New to hosting so very keen to impress.
There's plenty of parking close by, parking in Hove is much cheaper than Brighton, nearby Lawrence Road and surrounding roads are free between 11am-7pm. 00 yrds from the beach Rockwater bar and restaurant is a fantastic place with live bands on the terrance in the summer, coffee served inside and out the glass restaurant is a must with360 degrees views over the sea but book well in advance it’s very popular. many gems in hove to be found in walking distance with live music sea food of just a cosy pint
