Please note that the swimming pool, sauna & spa are closed for Swimming Lessons during school term times at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 15:45-18:15
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
At other times a single lane may be marked off for lessons but the pool, spa and sauna are open to other guests. Details of Half-Term Lessons are advertised locally at the hotel.
Please inform Denham Grove in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
