Located at Windsor St Lane in Edinburgh’s city centre, this beautiful 3-storey, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modern conversion home provides excellent access to the city’s many wonderful attractions. You can reach Princes Street, Waverley train station, the airport bus stop, Edinburgh bus station, Edinburgh Playhouse, Omni center, St James Quarter, Calton Hill, Edinburgh Old Town, New Town, Royal Mile, Scott Monument and many other landmarks within 10 - 20 minutes walk. This apartment spreads over 3 floors. The splendid open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for spending time with family or friends. There is a smart flatscreen 50-inch TV and a contemporary, fully-fitted Leicht kitchen with induction hob, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer., Nespresso machine and cafeterias (ground coffee is provided but not capsules), kettle, toaster, and cookware. The apartment has three double bedrooms - two on the ground floor and the 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine-level , one bathroom with shower over bath and one ensuite shower room on the ground floor, and a WC on the 1st floor. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, washer-dryer, an iron, and ironing board. **Please note the apartment is not suitable for holding any kind of parties and the apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets.
