Ultra-Modern 2-bedroom luxury penthouse apartment right in central Croydon and with easy access to London. This apartment is perfect for families or friends/colleagues sharing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen connected to open plan living area. Located on the penthouse of a highly sought after building which has 24/7 concierge. Please note: Maximum of six people in the apartment at anytime (inclusive of guests) Quiet hours are between 2200 and 0700 daily A proof of ID may be requested on check-in for safety and security reasons No drugs, canisters, balloons or contraband on the premises. No loitering of the premises and communal areas outside the apartment It is important to clean after yourself and keep the apartment as clean as found Some users may be required to pay a 200 GBP security deposit which is refunded on successful check Check in at very late hours and early check in is possible but may come at an extra cost. Any breach of common sense is a breach of house rules - Breaching house rules will result in your deposit being charged and we may claim additional charges
