Enclosed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. 30-acre lawned grounds with woodland shared with other properties on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. 1 pet welcome on enquiry, to be kept on a lead at all times. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds, 100 yards away.
Offering a peaceful break with woodland and river walks directly from the door, East Lodge is still only a 5-minute drive from the popular town of Newton Stewart with shops, cafés and restaurants. This wonderful location has always proved to be very popular with walkers and cyclists alike, with Glentrool, Kirroughtree and the 7Stanes mountain bike trails nearby, as well as a great choice of golf courses.
This semi-detached cottage is set all on the ground floor, making it ideal for the less mobile. The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a family sower room. Outside you have access to a private patio area with garden furniture, ideal for some al-fresco dining. After a busy day of exploring, wander the beautiful lawned grounds and woodland in relaxing surroundings.
