The property is situated in a leafy and affluent suburb of Pollokshields. It is ideal for those looking for a peaceful trip which is not too far from the city centre. The property has good transport links - less than 5 minutes to motorway links, 7 minutes walk to Dumbreck station, 15 minutes walk to Cessnock subway There is also the nearby option of Shields road underground which offers a park and ride service if you're wishing to leave the car and go on a night out in town. If arriving into Glasgow international airport we are a 15 minute drive. There is a 24 hour Asda located less than a 10 minute drive as well as Crossmyloof Morrisons and Sainsbury's local which are a 6-7 minutes drive. Nearby attractions include Bellahouston park, Pollok country park, Maxwell park, House of an Art Lover, Glasgow ski and snowboard centre, Burrell collection museum , Glasgow climbing centre , Rangers football club. Located just a 15 minute drive away are Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres. In addition if you are attending or having a wedding event in the beautiful famous Sherbrooke castle then this would be the ideal location for your own stay or wedding guests.
