Let’s start our quick tour in the lounge, where you’ll find 2 comfy sofas, plus table and chairs that sit 6 where you can catch up on work or a good space for everyone to gather for a meal, that both give guests a great view of the home’s flat-screen TV through which you can access Freeview. It’s a bright and welcoming space. Speaking of food, the kitchen has all the appliances you need to keep everyone well-fed, with plenty of storage space in the fridge freezer for everyone’s favourite meals. Also on the ground floor one of the bathrooms features a shower. Handily, there’s a second bathroom upstairs too with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There are plenty more reasons to stay here. Like just how close you are to the centre of Aberavon with its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beaches and the offices in the area. It’s why groups of friends, families and colleagues find staying here really makes sense. With easy access to the M4 motorway which cuts across Wales and England all the way to London, plus free parking on the road outside the apartment, many guests choose to drive to Swansea. But you don’t need a car to enjoy staying in this 4 bed Swansea house. Catch a bus, order a taxi or take a walk. There are plenty of options for getting around, and with the train station less than 4 miles away, it’s easy to get to places further afield like Manchester and London.
