This gorgeous 'Top Studio' is ideally situated for seeing all the sights of Lincoln, independent shops to do some shopping with restaurants and bars all within a mile of the property. This apartment is fitted with a flat-screen TV, Wi-fi, a dining area, and a kitchen with a microwave, oven and a fridge. There is a lovely outdoor space where you can relax and look at the beautiful garden views with a partial view of the Cathedral. If you walk from the train station most of the walk is up pedestrianised High Street (Roman Ermine Street) and Steep Hill to Bailgate about a 15 minute walk all uphill.
Top Studio offers accommodation in Lincoln, 0.8 miles from Lincoln University. The property is in the cathedral quarter and is just 0.5 miles and a 12 minute walk to both Lincoln Castle where the Magna Carta is located and the Cathedral. Historic Bailgate is a 5 minute walk from the property. During the Christmas season, Lincoln Christmas Market is 450 yards from Top Studio. Top Studio has a pleasant back garden with a view of the top of the Cathedral and also a front garden .
