This exquisite three-storey haven is nestled in a truly remarkable waterfront setting, only a stone's throw away from the pristine sandy beach of Hersonissos. The 300 m2 property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms and up to 11 if needed. Hersonissos Beach Villa is also close to restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies and health centre, offering an excellent choice for families with children seeking a car-free holiday experience. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in front of one of Hersonissos beaches and just a breath away from Hersonissos city center, where you will find many daily amenities such as a pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, as well as restaurants and cafes. Right next to Hersonissos Beach Villas you will find Lychnostatis, one of the largest folk tradition and ethnology museums in Crete, if not the biggest. It has numerous artifacts that will teach you plenty about the culture, nature and environment of Crete. Hersonissos is a resort area located 25 km east from Heraklion and 11 km east from CretAquarium, a modern aquarium featuring more than 200 species of marine animals from all over the Mediterranean. The coastal area of Hersonissos is a short drive from the Old Hersonissos Village and it is contrasting the vibrancy of the coastal Hersonissos as it is rather peaceful and traditional. Beautiful narrow streets make for a lovely wander around after a nice meal in one of the plenty restaurants of the village. One of the biggest waterparks in Crete, Watercity is located 16 km from Hersonissos and will surely entertain young and old alike with its Ancient Greece themed slides and activities.

Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
