For your outmost convenience the villa is located within a 15 minute drive to the famous city of Rethymno. The Residence boast three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. *Due to the design, facilities and Health & Safety of the Villa exterior, children from 1 until 11 years old are not permitted to stay at the Villa. *Air-conditioning in all areas is included &serves for heating purposes also.* Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) *Pets are not allowed * Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
- Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children’s pool & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. 
- Additional Fees | 70euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Marion La Lumiere Residence is located right on the beach, in the picturesque Petres area 15 km west of Rethymnon town. The residence is located within just 10meters walking distance from a local restaurant, as well as the sandy organised beach of Petres. In addition, the beach of Episkopi is also located really close, just 3 minutes away by car, or 20 minutes walking distance, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.
