The villa covers 400sq.m (4000sq.ft) in a beautiful plot of 4000sq.m ,has three independent dwellings that can accommodate up to 16 people. Villa layout DWELLING 1(two level main house 160sq.m accommodate 5-6 people) Ground floor :One master bedroom with king bed ,en suite shower , wc , living room with sofa bed,fully equipped kitchen,dining room,seperate private entrance , 2 private verandas, 1 outdoor dining area on veranda. First floor : One bedroom with double bed and bathroom ,one small bedroom with two single beds and WC . Guest House 1(lower level) : 50sq.m ,masterbedroom with King bed ,en suite bathroom, seperate private entrance,independent from the main house. DWELLING 2:one level 60sq.m) one master bedroom with Queen bed,bathroom,living dining room with double sofa bed,fully equipped kitchen,seperate private entrance,private veranda. Guest house 2(lower level): 70sq.m , studio with masterbedroom with King bed ,bathroom,dining room -living room with double sofa bed,fully equipped kitchen,seperate entrance,private veranda,independent .
