We really enjoy traveling in our free time and have now visited every continent at least once. Every place has something special and we have collected many beautiful stories from everywhere that we look back on with great pleasure and also like to tell. We've already seen a lot and want to see a lot more!
Weekends are often used for city trips or for sitting together and meeting friends.
In summer we like to be by the sea. We have been particularly fond of Baska on the island of Krk since 1994. After spending a holiday there almost every year since 1994, we - quite by chance - became the owner of a terraced house in the town in 2012. And that's where our story started (website hidden by Airbnb) - and yes, that's a longer story

Welcome to Baska, a picturesque fishing village on the island of Krk in Croatia! Baska is known for its breathtaking scenery, crystal clear waters and kilometers of pebble beaches, which are among the most beautiful in the Adriatic. Here you can spend relaxing days on the beach, enjoy water sports such as diving or stand-up paddling or simply enjoy the sun.
The area around Baska is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. The nearby Veli Vrh mountain offers beautiful hiking trails with breathtaking views of the island and the sea. A trip to the nearby Risnjak National Park is also worthwhile to discover the untouched nature and diversity of the local fauna and flora.
There are also some sights to discover in Baska itself, such as the medieval church of Sveta Lucija or the archaeological museum, which offers insights into the history of the region.
