4 STARS APARTMENT. *recently renovated*. Apartment is 150m² located on the beach with sea & island sunset views. FREE mooring, parking, and Wi-Fi. Large living & dining area with high ceilings. 3 large bedrooms with Super King size beds & their own private ensuites & terrace. 2x bedrooms have sea views (sunsets). Open plan kitchen, air-conditioning, Cable TV, work desk, plus 2x fold-out couches. Small private beach literally in front of house, cafe + pizza 50 meters away. Main pebble beaches are 10min walk north or south side of the house. The apartment has a private entrance, all 3 large bedrooms with 3x Super King size beds + own ensuites & terraces + sea views. The living space is large with a dining table that sits up to 8 people, kitchen with gas stove, TV and 2x couches (seats 8 comfortably). There is air conditioning & a mooring out front that can fit a 6m boat. Small beach at front of house. The apartment is private and will be all to yourself. There is a private beach with chairs for sun-baking, a BBQ area and a dining table at the front of the house. There is also a cafe and restaurants within a 2-minute walk.
4 STARS apartment rated by Croatian National Tourist Board. I have designed and styled each element of my house. There are high ceilings, open spaces, a private garden terrace, and a private BBQ dining space with a 13-meter bocce pitch in the backyard. The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with new items and coats of paint. I've designed an atmosphere to create a relaxed environment for people to chill when coming back from the beach. Looking for people who are interested in a quiet and relaxing holiday in the private apartment, located on the beach. If you need any help or questions, I speak fluent English and Croatian. As host, I will give you recommendations on sightseeing, exploring and restaurants to visit.
Villa is a 10-minute drive from Sibenik's centre and Krka National Park with the freshest and cleanest waterfalls in Croatia. Villa is in a family area with 2 main large beaches to swim at, Rezaliste Beach is a 10min walk from the villa. Well-known restaurants Zlatna Ribica, 3x pizza restaurants, and several cafes are within 15 min walk including a small supermarket. Everything is close and within walking distance. You can jump on a ferry that leaves every hour to visit Krapanj (Sponge Island) - the flattest Island in Croatia. It has many beach spots and is surrounded by 8 Islands where yachts and sailing boats dock all year. You can hire speed boats, jet skis, canoes, and book ferry tours to visit 8 Islands in front of the villa including Zlarin, Obonjan, Tijat, Zmajan, Kakan, Prvic Luka, Kaprije Islands and Krapanj.
