This modern building with four modern apartments has four stars. The basement of the building is intended for entertainment and leisure. There is an area with table tennis, table football, a treadmill and a stepper. The entire space is air-conditioned and has a TV. Free time is filled with fun. At the top of the building there is an illuminated swimming pool with a beautiful view of the city and the Zadar canal. A special experience is in the evening hours when you can experience the most beautiful sunset. There are three apartments in the building. Two two-bed apartments and one three-bed apartment. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every 10 days cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.
