Renovated in 2024, fully equipped, modern, design , very sunny property, in the heart of the center, next to the metro, on the top floor of a classic building. Please appreciate that this is a residential property and therefore, house rules are to be respected at all times. Therefore: 1. No parties 2. No excessive noise, particularly at night 3. Please be quiet in the corridors and all building areas 4. Do not throw away rubbish in the building's stairs 5. Use the elevator 3 persons at a time, with caution In general, please behave like you want your neighbors back home to behave, when you need to wake up and go to work next day, Families, couples and all sorts of socially responsible guests are very welcome.
We are located right at the heart of the city, next to the metro and all sorts of public transport. The Synagogue, the Opera, the National Museum, the Basilica and most of the city's monuments are in walking distance. The city's famous ruin bars and hundreds of restaurants and bars surround this property, so it is impossible to get bored. There are multiple convenient stores within a minute walk for anything you might need. Access from/to the airport is easy via direct bus 100E to Astoria,
