First of all, I have to commend the host Melinda, on top of her great communication skills, she was also very welcoming and ready to help with any questions we might have. When we arrived, she helped us secure cheap parking near the apartment, after which she took out the map(which she gifted to us with comments on all the places we talked about) of Budapest, explained all the sights in great detail, and offered advice on public transportation, local cuisine, and shops for anything we might need. The location of the apartment is perfect, it took us 3-4 minutes to get to the Parliament building on foot, and the public transport lines were close as well. Vaci Street, and any other relevant sights are also within walking distance. The apartment itself is spotless, and you have everything you might need for both short and long stays. We will be coming back as soon as we can.

The location was excellent ! 5 minutes walk to Budapest's excellent metro and tram stops. 400 metres to spectacular parliament building and Danube riverside. 200 metres to well stocked shop and 500 metres to Lidls. Apartment well equipped and very clean. Very quiet and secure in safe neighbourhood. Great value for money and attentive host.

melinda apartment was a great choice for our vacation in Budapest. The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and clean. The apartment is a short walk from the Parliament building, where there is also a metro station. We traveled all over Budapest and we were definitely not there for the last time. Mrs. Melinda was waiting for us in front of the apartment, showed us the apartment, advised us where to park and showed us the most interesting places to see on the map.
