I love welcoming guests to Connell's House & Barn. I spent two years renovating this derelict cottage and stone barn. It's now a beautiful unique holiday home which I love to share with guests, so they can experience a genuine Irish thatched cottage with all the modern comforts of home, whilst exploring the Boyne Valley region and 'Ireland's Ancient East'.

Connell's House & Barn is located in Duleek, County Meath. It's a small traditional Irish town surrounded by beautiful countryside with two spectacular beaches nearby. Duleek is one of many villages in the beautiful Boyne Valley region, which is part of 'Ireland's Ancient East'. The 'Boyne Valley Drive' is a well known route, where visitors can explore the numerous ancient medieval ruins within this county, starting with Brú na Boinne (Newgrange), it's only 10 minutes away by car. Connell's House & Barn over looks the village green, which has the oldest Lime Tree in Ireland! The local shops, restaurant and pubs are all within walking distance.
