Located in Imperia, the holiday apartment Ca dei Tati offers guests a fantastic view of the Ligurian Sea. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a whirlpool, a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Use of the hot tub requires reservation. the Jacuzzi is in function all year round. In winter it is heated to 40° The Ho always sends a message to the GU after booking asking if they wish the jacuzzi. The jacuizzi can be used everyday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. If the use of the jacuzzi is not done in compliance with the rules displayed in the house and at the entrance to the jacuzzi, an additional charge will be made for washing and changing the water in the jacuzzi. The indoor car park is closed with an automatic gate for an extra daily fee. One pet is allowed. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs alone on the property.
