The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and well furnished. The accommodation had good quality for money (especially when compared to other offers in Florence). The apartment is outside the city center (40 minutes by foot) but can be easily reached by bus. A big supermarket is a few meters away. The neighborhood is not touristy, but the shopping street (for locals) via Gioberti Is 10 minutes away. Abe was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, as a person from Florence, I would definitely recommend this apartment and particularly for a medium-long staying.
