Bright property on the third floor, very cozy. The 60 sq meters apartment consists of a modern, very bright living room with a kitchen fully equipped with all the essential amenities (coffee maker, stove, microwave) and a table where you can have lunch with friends. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and bathroom with shower; and a second lovely bedroom with two single beds and a desk. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room; kitchen with moka coffee machine, microwave and stove; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.
