This nice apartment has a great location, on third floor, available elevator, many shops and restaurants located in the vicinity. Perfect contact with the owner, he was very kind and supportive for us. Metro station in 3 minutes (line A) - Colli Albani. Highly recommend this flat, location and owner.

200 m FROM "COLLI ALBANI" METRO STOP. The apartment was renovated in 2019 and is very quiet. The Katiuscia Holiday Home offers two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with one next door. Both rooms have a Smart TV 39”, a mirror and air conditioning. The apartment have an open space with living room, kitchen and double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathrooms have a shower, air dryer, sink, toilet and bidet. NB: The Municipality of Rome applied a tourist tax of 3.50 euros per person, per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under 10 are exempt from payment.
OPENED IN APRIL 2019! My wife and I look forward to meeting you and making your holiday enjoyable. The apartment has been completely renovated to make our guests' stay pleasant and comfortable. The structure has recently opened and we hope to soon become an added value for your "Roman holidays". Let us highlight that the area in which the Holiday Apartment Katiuscia is located, Colli Albani, is very close to the historic center, cheaper for shopping and has a wide choice of shops of all kinds. The location is also excellent due to the presence of public transport such as the metro line A, some bus lines and a taxi station.
The Casa Vacanze Katiuscia is located in the area of ​​the Appio Latino, attached to the Via Appia Nuova, just 350 m. from the entrance of the famous Caffarella park and the adjoining Appia Antica Regional Park. The latter is rich in ruins of Roman tombs and villas. Here you can take beautiful walks or bike rides (PAY RENTAL from 9 am to 7 pm every day at the park entrance) immersed in nature and history of Rome and you can also reach the catacombs of San Callisto and the archaeological site of Capo di Bove. Only 180 m. there is the metro line A "Colli Albani" which allows you to quickly reach the Basilica of S. Giovanni, Piazza di Spagna, the Colosseum, Piazza San Pietro and the Trevi Fountain. The holiday home is inserted in an urban context with food and clothing shops, four supermarkets (one opened until 22:00), ample opportunity for a great meal or for a coffee / cappuccino in restaurants and bars, as well as pastry shops for gourmands who can taste the typical Roman sweets. We are sure you will spend beautiful days in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Rome
