Si accede da un portoncino d'ingresso posto al piano terra salendo le due rampe di scale troverete un accogliente ingresso nel quale vi è una fedele riproduzione di un dipinto ad olio su tela di Giovanni Boldini firmato e datato 1924 , oggi l'originale si trova a Palermo presso il Palazzo Mazzarino di proprietà della famiglia Marchesi Berlingeri. Tale tela raffigura il ritratto della raffinata eleganza e del grande fascino di Donna Franca Florio Jacona. È stata una nobildonna Italiana, discendente di una famiglia dell'aristocrazia siciliana ha il merito di essere una donna che ha fatto la storia di Palermo. Aneddoti di famiglia : la lunghissima collana di perle che indossa nel famoso dipinto del Boldini , le 365 perle una per ogni giorno dell'anno e, dicono i maligni, una per ogni lacrima versata dalla donna per i continui tradimenti del marito Ignazio Florio. Di certo non le mancavano i gioielli, alcuni dei quali così preziosi da far impallidire una regina. Chiamata "L'unica" dal poeta Gabriele D'Annunzio. Da qui in suo onore il nome dato "JACONA 365" .

Viaggiando abbiamo notato che ci piacerebbe avere da chi ci accoglie nelle strutture ricettive , non solo una buona accoglienza ma anche, delle buone informazioni sul posto...sulle usanze del luogo e avere anche dei buoni suggerimenti per ottimizzare al meglio divertendoci il tempo a disposizione della nostra vacanza, quindi cerchiamo di voler dare ai nostri ospiti ciò che noi stessi vorremmo da altri eventuali host
Alloggio confortevole e silenzioso. È totalmente ristrutturato , arredato e corredato di tutti i confort situato strategicamente nel centro storico di Palermo al 2° piano di un palazzo del 1300 ristrutturato; ingresso soggiorno con angolo pranzo adiacente una comoda cucina attrezzata con tutti i confort le camere da letto matrimoniali sono due dedicate alle figlie di Donna Franca Florio, Giulia e Igiea ognuna con bagno privato. le due camere sono molto luminose e dispongono di balconi con esposizione sulla Via Porta di Castro. di maggiore interesse storico li potrete raggiungere a piedi : 5 minuti il mercato storico di Ballarò, dove potete gustare i piatti tipici e lo street food Palermitano, a 10 minuti la stazione Centrale, a 5 minuti Palazzo dei Normanni a 10 minuti la Cattedrale e da qui proseguire per corso Vittorio Emanuele per giungere la movida Palermitana. Il Palazzo dei Normanni, noto anche come Palazzo Reale, si trova a Palermo ed è attualmente sede dell'Assemblea regionale siciliana. Il palazzo è la più antica residenza reale d'Europa, dimora dei sovrani del Regno di Sicilia, sede imperiale con Federico II e Corrado IV e dello storico Parlamento siciliano.
