The apartment is beautiful, very tastefully furnished, it has all of the amenities you might need. Location is great, with a view of the castle. Very quiet too. Parking was easy. Communication with Claudio (the owner) was good. Would definitely recommend if you want to be downtown but not in the very heart of it.

Elegant penthouse on the 7th floor in a fine 1960s building with elevator. Quiet and peaceful location, excellent east-west exposure, a short distance from the historic center and the pedestrian area. Newly renovated apartment, equipped with air conditioning, free Wi Fi and Smart TV led. Very refined furnishings, equipped kitchen, sofa bed for a possible third guest. Glassed living room and magnificent open terrace overlooking the park, overlooking the Castle and the Angel of Udine and the chain of the Friulian Prealps. Elegante attico al piano 7^ in pregevole palazzina anni '60 con ascensore. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, ottima esposizione est-ovest, a breve distanza dal centro storico e dall'area pedonale. Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, dotato di climatizzatore, Wi Fi gratuito e Smart TV led. Arredamento molto ricercato, cucina attrezzata, divano letto per un eventuale terzo ospite. Soggiorno vetrato e magnifica terrazza aperta sul parco antistante, con vista sul Castello e l'angelo di Udine e sulla catena delle Prealpi friulane.
