A 3-minute walk from Piazza Barberini and 100 metres from the Trevi Fountain, THE ONE Boutique Hotel Cocktail bar & SPA Roma offers modern-style rooms with design furniture in the heart of Rome. WiFi throughout is included. THE ONE Boutique Hotel Wellness & SPA also houses a spa and wellness centre, available upon request and/for a fee, with a heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, an ice waterfall and emotional showers. Rooms feature a Smart TV 50", a Nespresso® coffee machine and air conditioning. Some rooms come with city views, while all rooms have a suspended bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. An American breakfast is available daily. Aperitifs, cocktails and snacks are available at the b-cool | bakery & bar. The Spanish Steps and Barberini Metro Station are both 5-minute walk from the hotel. Rome's Fiumicino International Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Please note that all services related to the Wellness & SPA centre such as: (massages, use of the swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, etc.) are subject to reservation and payment, minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to access them. Our SPA is for individual and exclusive use. For each person entering we will provide a SPA kit which includes: 1 bathrobe, 1 large towel, 1 cap and 1 pair of flip-flops; so the only thing you need to bring with you is a swimsuit.
