Located in the historic center of the city of La Spezia, surrounded by Restaurants, Bars, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, shops of all kinds and in a strategic position to walk to the railway station and the ferry port (destination 5 terre, Lerici and Portovenere)the residence "Riviera 18" offers its guests the opportunity to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay. The apartment (84 sq m) is warm and welcoming and equipped with everything necessary to make its guests feel at home (1 bedroom, a large, finely furnished living room including a comfortable sofa bed for two people, 1 fully equipped, 1 bathroom with bidet and shower, flat screen and stereo system. Overall it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults plus a child up to 3 years old. The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, 87.7 km from the property. The proximity to Versilia (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio), with Lunigiana and Garfagnana, make its position unique also for excursions in the neighboring hinterland rich in history, culture and unique gastronomic experiences.

The Amedeo Lia Museum, the Naval Technical Museum and the San Giorgio Castle are just a few hundred meters away.
