This brand new industrial loft has everything to offer,from a spacious kitchen,dining and relax space to a walk-in closet room and wide glass shower. For sleeping arragements , there's one king size bed and one sofa queen bed which accomodate 4 in total . It's decorated with a vintage modern taste to guarantee you a feel cozy and classy at the same time.Fully equipped with everything you need for short/long stay. The loft has its own outdoor patio. You'll have the access to the entire loft and parking slot .The building hosts private offices at the 1st fl and another loft at ground floor , so , for your safety,there are security cameras outside . If you want more specific details on the best places to hit up for nightlife or shopping , please ask ! I know the ins and the outs of most of the top destination in and around Bologna. I can recommend the best yoga studio to the most delicious and mouthwatering tortellini place. Cherish your stay and make yourself at home !

Neighborhood info

The loft is located just a couple of minutes of Bologna Exhibition Center (back entrance) and the new Virtus Basket Arena.If you are in to walking to the center , you are 15 minutes away from the University District. Public Transportation is also available at the near bus station in Via San Donato ( bus nr 20 to the center). In Via San Donato ( 2 minutes walking) there's also a supermarket COOP and do not miss the coffe bar at the end of the street Michelino with great selection of pastries and salads .
