There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between June and November. Please note that the pool at the complex will be closed until the end of March. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
