IPANA is a new and modern Condominium located in the best area of Playa del Carmen, on 38th Street and 10th Avenue, a few steps from Fifth Avenue, with its restaurants, bars, pharmacies or stores and just 4 minutes walk from the sea waters of the Riviera Maya.
The Condominium has been created to fully enjoy your stay, providing its guests with 5 swimming pools, 2 of them heated; a bar with ocean view, a sports bar, full gym, children's area, spa area with massages, games area with billiards and ping pong, coworking area and free subway parking.
All apartments are fully equipped and furnished with the greatest of details, with high speed internet, king and queen size beds, large TVs, hot water, full kitchen and terraces to also enjoy relaxing in the privacy of your accommodation.
Traveling is one of life's greatest pleasures and we have no doubt that our apartments will be part of the memory of that unforgettable trip you are looking for.
**Remember, Ipana is a complex of private apartments, each one equipped and decorated with all the love by their owners, each ad is perfectly configured with everything you will find in the apartment, do not forget to check the equipment of your apartment before booking. Some apartments have a sofa bed, washing machine, others do not, one or two bedrooms, exterior view, it is very important that you check everything to avoid misunderstandings.
It is important to know that the Ipana Condominium is not a hotel and therefore no hotel service is provided, you will receive a welcome pack of shampoo, gel, dishwasher, towels, sheets, etc.. Once these products are used up, the guest will be responsible for the cleaning of the linens during his/her stay. In case of requiring cleaning of the apartment or cleaning and replacement of linens, we can do it for an extra cost.
