This 2BR/2BA condo with a private pool will be the highlight of your La Paz trip! - In a controlled access community with 24-hr security with ocean & bay views - 2.3 miles|3.7 km to El Coromuel beach sea & sand and countless water activities - Stylish modern space w/a private pool & patio plus private electric gate car entry - Wi-Fi & laptop-friendly workspace for remote worker The pool cleaning company comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the property. *Please note: The property has limited Wi-Fi access. It uses a hotspot with limited data. It will work for Netflix, text messages and emails but it's not as reliable for work, for example for Zoom calls or anything with heavy bandwidth. Must climb some steps up to the main level of the condo which is on the first floor up, not the ground floor. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

The condo is located in Torres Cantera which is a residential area just a short 5-min drive (even walkable) to the La Paz Malecón boardwalk and close to downtown La Paz. Due to the fact that the area sits on an elevated hill, many of our guests choose to rent a car and drive or grab a taxi rather than walk up and back from the malecón. HERE ARE THE TOP ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS IN THE LA PAZ AREA: - Kayaking or SUP Paddleboarding on the Sea of Cortez or La Paz Bay - Sea Lions at Los Islotes at Espiritu Santo Island - Whale watching tours or just go sailing or boating on the water - Swim with Whale Sharks (when in season Oct 1 to April 30) - Go to the Beach!
