My home is a newly renovated condo with 1238 sqft build up. Its with 3 room 2 bath, pool view balcony, kitchen and yard. The furniture, fitting and electrical appliances are new and of high quality brand to give you the highest comfort and value for money. Its modern and spacious in great location right in the city center. Strategically located where easy access to explore the city of Kuala Lumpur. It is very convenience to move around the city, within very short walking distance to MRT station, major shopping center, nightclubs, convenient store medical centre and places of interest for visitors. We offer comfortable and home like condominium that comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 new bathroom which can accommodate 8 adults comfortably.
I worked for multinational company for more than 2 decades and have been travelling extensively for work and holiday. I enjoy travelling to explore the difference cultures, people, foods and open my eye to the world. I have travelled to many countries in the world and will continue to enjoy my travelling and vacation. I appreciate and understand the expectations of a traveller because I am a frequent traveller too. I enjoy meeting with people and looking forward to host you. I am committed to offer you comfortable stay and helping you to enjoy your stay in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia. I will certainly welcome you to my home that will be your second home away from home. My home is located right in the city centre. Its strategic location provide convenience to move around the city to explore the beauty of KL . You can walk to many places of interest, shopping or enjoying foods nearby. - 5mins walk to MRT station @ Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) - 15/20 mins walk to famous Pavilion and Bukit Bintang shopping area or take 1 station MRT ride from MRT TRX to Bukit Bintang MRT station - 8-10 mins walk to Zouk and TREC - 5 mins walk to Prince Court Medical Center - 15 mins drive to KLCC - Nearby to Ikea, Sunway velocity , 1 station MRT ride from TRX - just few minutes walk to café, restaurant, durian stalls and convenient store - Visitor parking is available
