The July - Boat & Co is a 4-star hotel located along the waterfront in Amsterdam's Houthaven district, ideal for both short and extended stays. The hotel features an on-site restaurant, a gym, a wellness area and a terrace overlooking the IJ-river. Guests can enjoy modern, design-focused apartments that offer the services and amenities of a luxury hotel, including concierge and room services. Each guest apartment is uniquely decorated and includes a fully-equipped kitchen, along with a dining and living area. Most apartments offer stunning views of the waterfront. Amenities include climate control, high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, comfortable beds, and a dedicated work space. The private bathrooms are equipped with luxuries such as a rain shower and complimentary toiletries. Each morning, guests can enjoy a locally sourced breakfast with vegetarian options.
