This energy-efficient houseboat is made of sustainable materials and equipped with no fewer than 12 solar panels. The cosily furnished houseboat has windows on all sides through which you look out over the popular Sneekermeer and is located in the Waterrijck marina. The Sneekermeer guarantees maximum water (sports) fun! In the vicinity you can easily rent a sloop, sailboat or SUP. The sitting area is cozy and furnished with a cozy sitting area with a spacious corner sofa, coffee table, television and separate armchair. At the dining table there is a comfortable sofa and two separate chairs, with space for 4 people. From all sides in the living room you have a view of the adjacent Sneekermeer through the huge windows. The kitchen is located in the passage to the rear of the boat. An induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, everything is present in this complete kitchen. At the rear of the ground floor houseboat you will find the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, bedside table(s) and bedside lamps. There are lovely terraces on both sides of the houseboat (together (10m2), the evening sun shines on the rear terrace. You can reach this terrace through the bedroom at the rear of the house.
