A warm welcome to Amberly house, originally a 1940's bungalow, it underwent extensive renovations and is now a substantial home packed with character features. A beautiful quiet neighborhood, a delightful private garden to explore with outdoor activities. An experienced host ready to welcome you into a relaxed atmosphere of luxury. Delicious home made goodies every day, great cafes within walking distance. Close to town, golf course, redwood forest, hot pools and of course Rotorua's famous tourist spots. Come and explore all that Rotorua has to offer, then come back to a wonderful relaxed home filled with love and laughter. I look forward to welcoming you and making new holiday memories.

Formally LynMark Lodge in the Coromandel's I have now brought my skills to Rotorua. I love living here, and hope you will join me to make new friends and holiday memories. My guests experience while staying in Rotorua is very important to me and I will endeavor to make your stay as pleasant as possible. My bed and breakfast is homely and comfortable, with delicious home made breakfasts, super comfortable beds and a warm welcome on arrival. Introducing my co host Miss Bubbyboo. Amberly House Rotorua is centrally located in Rotorua, just far enough out of town to avoid most of the sulphurous smells. Rotorua is a large city that is spread out in all directions. Tourist spots are also spread out in all directions. Check carefully about the location of your stay, and how best it can help you get to the attractions you most desire to see. Close to town and all that Rotorua has to offer, just minutes off the Old Taupo Road and easy to locate. In an upmarket neighborhood where people care about each other. There are boutique cafes and bakeries, laundrette, superette, fish and chip shops and a chinese, in walking distance. Handy to all the main shops and malls. Handy to the famous "Eat Street". With so much to do in Rotorua, you need to stay a while to relax and enjoy.
