Lisbon Terrace Suites is a huge apartment, which we rent to large groups. It is located just 820 feet walk from Avenida da Liberdade and street shopping. It has 9 bedrooms, all rooms have a bathroom inside the room (suite), lounge and a fully equipped kitchenette if your group wants to prepare meals in the apartment. It has a huge, completely private terrace for your stay with your group, with unique views of Lisbon. Each room has its own decoration, some with a balcony, with very comfortable beds, and they are all equipped with air conditioning, complete bathroom with shower, TV, safe, table and chairs, and clothes hangers. The building has an elevator, which is very convenient when arriving with heavy suitcases, and for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Its location in Baixa Pombalina next to Avenida da Liberdade will make your stay unforgettable, walking to Alfama, Bairro Alto, Rossio, a variety of restaurants serving traditional Portuguese cuisine, shops, bars and the city's tourist attractions.

Solene e Pontual - Investimentos, Unipessoal Lda, is a small family business company. We manage 2 apartments special for groups of families, friends or companies who have workshops in Lisbon. We have been hosting for several years and decided to focus on accommodation for groups. We particularly like this market, as we help organize guests' stays, which, although short, require care in optimizing their time, so that they can enjoy Lisbon to the fullest, and especially the occasion that brings them together as a group. Our groups usually come to celebrate birthdays, bachelor parties, family or friends holidays, weddings, or work where they also have the opportunity to see Lisbon, be together in the same apartment, and enjoy the nightlife. We help organize boat trips, transfers to anywhere, usually they like to go to the Golf, the beach, or visit other places close to Lisbon.

Lisbon Terrace Suites, is a penthouse apartment with an amazing terrace, totally private for your group. At Lisbon Terrace Suites, the entire place is yours, only for your group, the apartment has 240m2, and the terrace 200m2, and the buiding has a lift. We welcome to all our guests at the check-in, supporting them with information and comfort. The property is exceptional for big groups, all bedrooms are with ensuite bathroom, equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, table, chairs, TV and safe also. There's a dinning area and a full equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. The access is easy for big groups, no keys, the property has door codes, meaning your group can arrive anytime after the check-in in case you arrive in different flights. We provide white bed linen and towels for all guests.

The location is great, just in city center of Lisbon, 250m from Avenida da Liberdade, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and the major city sights. The night life of Rossio and Bairro Alto, will make your stay in this property unforgettable in this wonderful city. Just in front of the apartments there's a minimarket and a laundry, and supermarkets at 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
