Please note that guests need to provide the credit card used for booking upon arrival.

Russian guests are kindly asked to present a national passport at check-in. Children 14 years and younger are kindly asked to present their birth certificate. Accommodation of children under 14 years old without parents is possible only with a birth certificate and consent from parents to an adult accompanying person. Accommodation of unaccompanied children from 14 years old is possible only with a Russian passport and parental consent.

Foreign guests are kindly requested to show a passport, visa and migration card upon check-in.

Following the Government of Krasnodar region directive № 369 on 24th June 2021, starting from 1st August we can only accommodate guests who provide one of the following documents:

- negative PCR test (taken maximum 72 hours prior to the arrival date) and voluntary consent to vaccination against COVID-19

- a medical document confirming the receipt of the first COVID-19 vaccine dose

- a medical document confirming the receipt of the second COVID-19 vaccine dose or full vaccination with a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine

- a medical document stating the previous illness caused by the coronavirus infection COVID-19

- negative PCR test or medical document stating the previous illness caused by the coronavirus infection COVID-19 for children from 15 to 18 years old

When travelling with pets (up to 5 kg), please note that an extra charge of RUB 1000 per pet, per night applies.
