Located in the heart of Pelican Key, you're surrounded by beautiful ocean views everywhere you walk on the streets. This is a high-class, safe neighborhood where you'll find many friendly people around, with bars, restaurants, a beach and a market just down the hill. There is gated, private parking for 3 vehicles on the villa property. You can easily get around and down to the beach by walking or driving a car for longer distances on the island.
