Kairos Farm offers a carefully restored 1860 barn combining the natural beauty of hand hewn beams and the comforts of home. The barn is set on a 30 acre working farm in the heart of Metamora horse country and minutes away from quaint downtown Metamora. Bring your bikes and take a ride on our protected natural beauty roads or pack a lunch to picnic by the river. There are also plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, cider mills, and grocery stores all within a short drive.
We will be available by text throughout your stay, but will give you as much privacy as you desire.
We live in a very special community roughly 36 square miles known as Metamora Horse Country. The Metamora Hunt Club founded in 1928 still gathers for organized hunts in full traditional fox hunt dress, accompanied by hounds and beautiful horses and travel through miles and miles of trails that weave through property owners including us. The spacious properties have preserved the feel of a time past and the rolling hills are unmatched in most of the lower peninsula. This is real "country" but only minutes from the modern amenities we are accustomed to. There are two parking spots directly in front of the double white doors of the barn entrance. All other cars must be parked behind the barn.
