At Little Miss Cottages, we enjoy our summers. Whether it is surfing or paddle boarding the waves, or hanging out with our guests around the fire pit. We have three different locations, with accommodations for all!!
Little Miss Cottages offers a total of twelve cottages, in various sizes, that are available year round!
Our brand new two bedroom condo and one bedroom suites located at 68 E Grand Ave!
Our beautiful 4 bedroom beach house on the West End of Old Orchard Beach!!
The cottages are heated during the winter, and air conditioned during the summer. All of the cottages located at Little Miss have a gas grill for barbecuing, a picnic table, deck, and access to our communal fire pit. We have a coin-operated laundry located on site, as well as stand up paddle board and wet suit rentals. With the closest beach access less than 100 steps away, the beach is never too far from home.
Please keep in mind that we have rentals at three different locations in Old Orchard Beach, with different accommodations and amenities at each. If you have any questions regarding this, please give us a call prior to booking.
Neighbourhood information
The cottages are located right on East Grand Avenue in Old Orchard Beach. Situated on the quiet side of town, we are within a mile from the famous Pier, Palace Playland, and food vendors. We have our own public beach access right behind our Cottages, giving us our own shortcut to the ocean! By day, you can take in the vast ocean-view landscape while you enjoy the waves on the beach. By night, you can explore the downtown Old Orchard Beach nightlife, or sit back and relax by our communal fire pit. No matter how you spend your vacation, you can rest assured that your stay at our Cottages will be a peaceful one.
Our two bedroom condo and one bedroom suites are located about a quarter mile away from the cottages, still close to the beach but a little closer to downtown OOB.
The four bedroom beach house is a block away from the beach, on a small street, in a quiet residential area of town. Still close to all the action Old Orchard Beach has to offer but just far enough away to enjoy those days were you just want to relax at home.
