About The Hosts: Larry is a Rock N’ Roll Tour Manager and Music Cruise Producer and Stacia is an Executive at a Television Studio. With two kids and three dogs, we live a hectic life. So, when it’s time to relax, we love spending some alone time in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
We love the quiet of the mountains so much, we have purchased several home in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and only buy places that we want to stay in ourselves.

Property information
Permanent Vacation is a charming cabin in the woods with plenty of privacy on an acre lot. This home features an all wood interior and is beautifully decorated! With close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, this home is the perfect cabin for a honeymoon or a simple relaxing vacation.
The main floor has a lovely electric fireplace, pull-out sofa, kitchen island, and half bath. The spacious master suite is complete with soaring cathedral ceilings, a full bath, king size bed, and washer/dryer closet.
With a pull-out couch in the living room, a king bed, and an extra day bed with a twin trundle tucked underneath in the master, our family's cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 4 Adults and 2 Kids.
The decor is gorgeous and truly unique. From the driftwood light fixture to the antler lamps and door pulls. The outdoor space is very serene and peaceful, a perfect place to kick back and relax in the covered hot tub.
Please be aware that the last 1/2 mile of the road to our home is a packed gravel road. It's easy to traverse and great for traction in the winter!
As a reminder, Permanent Vacation is not a pet-friendly vacation rental.
PS - We also own the 2 Bedroom cabin across the street, as well as a 5-Bedroom Lodge a mile away, if you are looking for extra space to bring more friends!

About The Neighborhood: Permanent Vacation is on a private and quiet road that has only a few scattered homes. We are just minutes away from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet still secluded for a quiet peaceful stay.
Cancellations and Travel Insurance: We do not amend our cancellation policy so we recommend purchasing travel insurance with a "Cancel for Any Reason" or a "Cancel for Work" enhancement from a reputable company like AIG, Nationwide or Berkshire Hathaway.
They offer reasonably priced policies in most states and are one of the few companies that has the Cancel for Any Reason add on.
Security Deposit: Security Deposit must be Paid in advance of check-in and will be refunded with in 7 days after checkout unless there are damages.
