No exception can be arranged. This is a non-shared, whole private apartment including one large private room, a fully-functional kitchen, and a large bathroom. The place is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. *Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. The smoke detector is extremely sensitive. The apartment has free high-speed wi-fi, a fully functional kitchen, coffee machine, juicer, water kettle, cups, cookware and dinning cutlery. Laundry washer and dryer are on-site and are free to use. The room has a Queen-size bed, with hotel-grade mattress and beddings, very comfortable for quality sleep; one work station; 2 closets; and a large TV (52-inch) with free Neflix, news and movie channels; a large comfortable sofa. The window faces a quiet garden and gets pleasant sunlight and nice breeze.
*Please do not host any party or social gathering with over 2 people (including yourself) in this apartment. The police may be called by the neighbors. This is a quiet residential street (behind a busy neighborhood). Thank you for your consideration. I hope you enjoy your stay in my comfortable home.
