Please note that the resort will undergo pest control treatment from July 28th, 2025 to August 3rd, 2025. During this time, all units in Cabana buildings will not be able to be occupied. Additionally the following facilities will be closed: Cabana Pool, spa, business centre and café. Dates are subject to change.
The resort will undergo renovations from to their Ocean View units from Feb. 28 - May 19, 2025 and the Waterfall units from Jul. 25 - Oct. 31, 2025. During this time you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
