Say goodbye to load shedding with this charming ground floor studio apartment featuring solar electrical supply, excellent security and access to a shared pool with a beautiful lush green garden right outside your door.
Set in the safe and leafy suburb of Durbanville, be swept away with the summer vibes. This snug retreat is a mere 25 minutes away from the nearest beach, but what it lacks in proximity, it makes up for in luxury and charm - all wrapped up in stunning surroundings. The studio has everything you need for a memorable getaway - including security alarms and nearby shops and restaurants. It is conveniently located close to Durbanville and Stellenbosch wine region with Diermersdal and Durbanville Wine Estates being just 5 km away.
The open plan layout offers space for separate sleeping and relaxation areas, plus plenty of cupboard space for clothes, sports equipment etc. Within the studio space there is a functional and modern kitchenette area as well as a desk and chair for any remote work that needs to be done. The accommodation also includes a fully tiled shower room.
Close by amenities also include an 18 hole golf course, nature reserve, bike trails and local shops. Mr D, Uber Eats, Checkers Sixty all deliver to the property.
There are two nearby dams within walking distance which are home to several families of ducks, coots and other animals. Be sure to keep a wide eye open as you might spot rabbits and squirrels in the area as well including a black bunny on our property.
