The property is historic—the rooms have been modernized, but are not super luxurious. That said, the room was very nice, clean and more than adequate. We enjoyed the bar at the Inn, and the staff were very helpful. We would recommend the Inn.

The Gibson Inn has loads of character and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the buffet lunch they provided was excellent. Location, Apalachicola, is great and has lots of character too. Great shops and restaurants. It's very near to St. Georges Island which is lovely and well worth a visit.PennyYoung couple

Even if you don’t stay here, just stop in for a drink or meal. It’s well worth just walking in the hotel lobby to catch this unique gem in all its glory!
