There was so much attention to detail in the room, which had beautiful decor. We ate at the restaurants both nights. The breakfasts were amazing. Lovely staff too.

Johnny Dough's at the Bridge is set in Conwy, 6 km from Bodnant Garden and 100 metres from Conwy Castle. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Y Bont-The Bridge Inn features free WiFi . it was green. room is in good colour, breakfast was a good touch.

Located in the Dovey Valley, Brigands Inn 15th-century coaching inn offers exposed wooden beams, fireplaces and oak wooden furniture in Mallwyd. Extras include free Wi-Fi and a common lounge. I can't say enough about our wonderful host, so friendly and hosptable, she really made us feel at home. I'm quite sorry I didn't get her name. The room was great, the pub and restaurant even better. Our evening meal was one of the highlights of our trip.
