Breakfast was always a treat for us in the morning & the walls were thick enough that we could sleep in a bit after long hikes the week before wore us down. The water pressure was good in the shower & the bed was firm but comfy. Staying here was the highlight of our Arequipa leg.

I suffered diarrhoea before arrival & felt ill on arrival. Kind receptionist made me & brought local remedy drink to my room & happily allowed check in at 11.30am. Liked room balcony. We were very happy with this hotel located a 10-minute walk away from Plaza de Armas (main square). The room was a decent size, had a comfortable bed, was quiet. The shower was good & always had hot water. A good breakfast with eggs (they’ll cook you pancakes if you ask) is served on the nice roof terrace with views over the surrounding volcanoes - we loved having breakfast up here! The owner, his wife & staff are friendly. You do have to ring the bell to get inside the hotel in the night time, which we normally don’t like but it was never a problem here as we never had to wait long & the area is safe. We recommend staying here.

The food he recommended was delicious! I felt safe and cozy staying here. Since we have night bus, the host let us stay until the next guest is coming.(6pm) It was really helpful for us. Such a comfy bed, we had the best sleep ever! Staff let us leave our luggage for the day before our night bus. Amazing shower & TV as well! If you want comfort for a good price this is it.
