Offering rooms with impeccable rustic style décor and garden views, this inn just 30 km off Machu Picchu, features red-tiled terraced Spanish galleries and views of the surrounding scenery. Beautiful hotel in lovely surrounding gardens.The staff were great and thank you to Helen for answering my many questions in advance of our stay.

Featuring free breakfast, Casa de La Chola offers accommodations in Ollantaytambo. Each room here is equipped with heating and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Extras include bed linen. Everything was excellent, the bed was huge, the water was hot, and the view was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating plus there is a brewery just up the road. The breakfast was also excellent!

Hostal Chayana Wasi is located in Ollantaytambo, 100 metres from the main square and 30 metres from Pincuyuna mountain. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The location was the greatest. Really central, but quiet. The owners were so caring, helped me a lot; they booked me a transport from Cusco airport, special breakfast options., heated my take away supper..) The place felt home like; local art on the wall in happy colours, less like a formal hotell. The breakfast was delicious; plentyful and the extra of a quinoa porridge at no extra cost. It was so clean, I felt comfortable walking in the common areas with just socks on-good after a long day. At one moment I was out of toilet paper, more came within minutes.

Situated on the foothills of Pinkuylluna, a sacred Inca mountain, Apu Lodge features cosy regional decor with exposed stones and colourful tapestries. Super comfortable great breakfast great location and most importantly, incredibly kind helpful staff. My suitcase was lost & they organised for someone to go collect it from Cusco airport when it turned up

Hospedaje La Florida offers accommodation in Urubamba, 5 minutes from the main square. Free WiFi throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. Yure who took care of us is lovely! Breakfast was really nice, too. The patio with the garden makes this place very nice. Beautiful, well maintained old building.

Offering a restaurant, Eco Lodge Los Perales-Urubamba is located in Urubamba. The inn sits on a large property with a garden. the staff is amazing, kind and attentive, rooms were big and comfortable

Surrounded by nature, Las Casitas del Arco Iris offers rooms with fireplaces and balconies. It is located in Urubamaba, a 30-minute drive from Ollantaytambo Train Station. Las Casitas was such a nice place to stay, it has unbelievable energy, we even extended our stay (twice). The territory is wonderful with a garden, which smelled so nice, and dedicated yoga place. The school that the owners support is a very important project for the community. We really looked forward to returning ‘home’ every day in the evening, walking through the garden, lighting a cosy fire.. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, breakfast was great (as well as lunch and dinner), all amenities worked excellent. I would be very happy to return here one day, it definitely added many good memories to our trip and stay in Urubamba.
