A very friendly welcome from the owners and a great place to stay right in the centre of town. Rooms were comfortable with all you could need and it was nice not to have the TV, it seemed more in keeping with the building

Located in downtown Lava Hot Springs Idaho, the historic Riverside Hot Springs Inn & Spa is an adult-only hotel featuring an on-site restaurant and lounge. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable mattresse and had a very good sleep .The bathroom was just gleaming and shiny. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very much part of the place. Good Breakfast

The room was VERY comfortable. The inner courtyard beautiful and restful. The breakfast was the best I've ever had with a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in Idaho's River City , the Sleep Inn near Washington State Line is located near the factory outlet malls, Spokane Valley Mall, Stateline Stadium / Speedway and the famous Spokane River... Excellent breakfast. Good room security. Good amenities.
