She also offered us directions and a great recommendation for dinner. What a treat! The room (overlooking the garden) was very spacious and felt luxurious. The breakfast was very decent and balanced. Overall an amazing experience staying at this hotel!

The heating system was very efficient, which is highly important in the heart of winter. The place is situated to a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The famous Thermes de Spa and the train station are also at a walking distance; excellent bakery just down the road. The owner was very nice on the phone and also accepted an early check- in. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment itself is really pretty (although you must like the colour red) and the location works wonderfully. I visited the Thermes de Spa for two days and was very happy to return to this place in both evenings. Would have stayed longer and will reserve La Duchesse again, if the occasion rises.

The apartment was great, it has been recently renovated and the decor is beautiful. As for the cleanliness it was perfect. It is really close to the funicular that goes to "Les Thermes de Spa".
